Traces of cocaine were reportedly found in toilets at the hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge is due to give birth, it has been claimed.
Evidence of the Class A drug was said to have been found in a public area of the Cambridge Wing at St Mary's Hospital, Paddington.
The reported discovery, behind a toilet cistern, comes as the royal mother-to-be is set to give birth at the nearby Lindo Wing.

The hospital has said it will investigate the finding, according to the Daily Mirror, who carried out the investigation using drug testing wipes.
A spokesman for Imperial College Health Care NHS Trust said they take safety 'seriously' and security covers all their hospitals 24/7.
'We work closely with police to investigate reports thoroughly and take action to ensure the safety of our colleagues, patients and there families,' they told the newspaper.
'If there is any sign that a person is abusing substances on one of our sites we will take immediate action to address this.'
Kate, who is thought to be at least six days overdue with her second child, gave birth to George in July 2013 at the Lindo Wing.
Parking restrictions outside the hospital were lengthened for a further five days by Westminster City Council this week.
The extension to the restrictions, which had begun on April 15 and had been due to run out, now runs into May.
The 33-year-old will receive a 10 per cent 'loyalty' discount for giving birth in the private wing for a second time.
A suite of two rooms costs £6,570 for a one-night stay with normal delivery – £5,913 with Kate’s discount – plus consultant fees of about £6,000 on top.
That means the cost of even a natural delivery, with little in the way of complications, will easily top £12,000 - with added costs if the use of forceps or other equipment is required.
All rooms are equipped with satellite television, wi-fi radio, a safe and a fridge. There is also a bedside phone, internet access and the option of having a daily newspaper delivered to your room.
It even has its own team of catering staff separate from the rest of the hospital ready to cater for any dietary whim.
The hospital wing also offers its own wine list should patients and their guests wish to enjoy a glass of champagne to celebrate their baby’s arrival and fully-reclining chairs - for exhausted partners.
